Parco Maraini, a park in the vibrant city of Lugano, is strategically positioned a few minutes walk to the center of town and 5 minutes walk to the railway station.

From Parco Maraini, by car, you are at the Lugano Nord motorway junction avoiding all city traffic. Another 600 metres on foot and you are in the pedestrian centre of Lugano, allowing even those who work in the city not to use their own car but to use the convenient and frequent public transport. Furthermore, we are only 400 metres from the important Swiss railway station.

Lugano railway station is on the main north-south axis through the Alps and every train stops in Lugano. The efficient and punctual SBB railway network connects Lugano to Milano central station in 45 minutes, international airline hub Malpensa in 1hr 30 minutes, Zurich HB in 1hr 50 minutes, Zurich Kloten in 2 hrs. Connections to these cities guarantee a gate to the world, with first class airlines and direct connections to the USA, Middle and Far East. These airports are served by Emirates (own lounge in Milano), Etihad, Lufthansa, Qatar, Swiss and many other major carriers, connecting the buyer of the flats to any destination in the world.

Not forgetting that Lugano also has his own convenient airport, Lugano Agno, just 15 minutes from Parco Maraini, for those lucky enough to own a private jet. A few private airlines offer occasional flights to summer destinations such as Olbia.

Milan is an hour's drive, or a mere 45 minutes by train to the center of town, where this major international fashion capital is waiting to show off its fantastic range of designer shops such as Prada, Hermes, Armani as well as many other top fashion outlets. The world famous theatre "La Scala" is here should you wish to indulge your passion for Opera or the ballet as well as the finest art museums in the world.
